Wow! James met us near our home to pick up our sick computer and saved us a 45 minute drive. He gave us lots of options instead of dictating what should be done and lording his computer knowledge over our lack of same. When it was ready he even offered to met us at his home to pick up even though he had been to urgent care that evening with an injured back. Definitely a super knowledgeable and competent computer repair guy and words do not describe his unparalleled customer service. MelodyMy computer hard drive made a whimpering noise and just died on me, and I thought that was going to be all she wrote. I had saved most of my important docs, but not hundreds of cherished family photos. Desperate, but not terribly hopeful, I googled for data recovery techs on my husband’s computer, and James Hinkle’s Oklahoma Computer Repair was one of the first businesses to pop up, and his resume was impressive. Still, I was not that hopeful. I called James immediately, and he was quick to assure me that I need not worry about losing all of my files. Because we live out in the Panhandle, all I needed to do was ship my computer to him, and he would take care of things by remote. I shipped my crashed computer to James as soon as we had a new computer set up in my office, and he went to work immediately, and was able to restore all of our family photos, which are now backed up on a flash drive, and almost all of the document files. He transferred the files by remote, and had them set up in folders just like I had already organized them. – Melody
DanMy business computer’s hard drive crashed on a Saturday morning in Woodward, OK. Anyone from here knows what it’s like trying to get tech help in Woodward in an emergency.
Wasson’s didn’t answer the phone and never returned my calls, Radio Shack laughed and said it would be two weeks minimum before they would even look at it. I searched the internet for help and came across RDPTECHS. I called and got right through to Mr. Hinkle who helped me diagnose the hard drive crash. He found a hard drive for my computer that day. We set an appointment for Monday afternoon to repair my computer, but we were delayed by a huge violent storm (which Mr. Hinkle was willing to drive through, but I refused to let him risk the damage). The next evening, Mr. Hinkle came to my home and installed my new hard drive, but we were without a restore disk. Mr. Hinkle recognized that my external hard drive had an image file of my original hard drive and found that he could boot my computer from that hard drive. In two hours he had my computer restored to fully functional condition and he even found my files that were necessary to make my business run. Thanks, Mr. Hinkle. You got my business back on its feet before payroll. I don’t know anyone who serves his clients like you do. I will be referring all of my friends to you.– Dan
robertI was very pleased with their service. I can only speak for James Since he was the one who helped me. He called back when he said he would and didn’t stop till it was fixed. The most impressive thing was he started late on a Friday night and helped me thru the login process.  I will send my friends and family to him when problems occur. I actually had a DVD player that wasn’t working properly. I wasn’t sure if Mr. James Hinkle could fix the DVD player but he looked at it anyway. That same week I had the issue taken care of and I couldn’t be happier. Customer service is top notch and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for computer/electronic repair services

Great customer service! The Apple Store would’ve charged me $300-$400 to restore my IPod Classic. RDPTechs gave me a flat rate of $135, and despite more Mx needing to be done than first suggested, the price remained the same. My IPod is back functioning and working faster than ever.

after it crashed. The price for service was great. He really put in more time then he charged me for and was eager to make sure i was completely satisfied before I paid the invoice.

DanJames worked really hard to get a new build (someone else built it, not him) that wasn’t posting working again. It took a while because of delays in parts and just overall ‘life’ but it was so worth it. He picked up and delivered my machine and also picked up a part or two from me as I ordered them for replacement. He never once complained about having to go out of his way to do any of this.He was always friendly and spoke to me like I was an intelligent human being rather than how I am spoken to with normal tech support. He offered after service review if anything went wrong as well. His prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend him.I am very happy with the high-end gaming rig he helped me get running! My computer is old and was slow and infected; James cleaned it up and installed anti-virus and firewall protection, all for only 2 hours of service fees ($90) even though it took longer. James Hinkle is a magician! He logged in remotely and fixed over 4000 registry errors and broken links in my hard drive. My laptop had gotten so slow I was about ready to pull my hair out – and it was doing things that made me fearful that my identity was in danger in some way. He dug in and went to work and I now have a like-new (maybe better) computer to work with. The cost was very much in line with the excellent service. I’ve already told my sister and the people at the salon today. I’ll continue proclaiming the praises of the excellent technician and this timely and thorough service. Thanks a bunch!!!! -Deidra S.
